WEB MP SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyQuick Bill GST mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Business Data: Invoices, party/customer details, items, stock, payments, and other GST billing records you enter.
- Attendance Data: Selfie photograph, check-in/check-out timestamps, and GPS location coordinates at the time of check-in/check-out.
- Live Tracking Data: Real-time GPS location and route history during active tracking sessions (foreground service only — we do NOT track your location in the background).
- Account Information: Phone number, name, business name, and GSTIN provided during registration.
- Technical Data: App version, device model, OS version, and crash/error logs for debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide GST billing, invoicing, and business management features.
- To verify staff attendance through selfie, timestamp, and location data.
- To enable real-time field staff location tracking during working hours via a foreground service with visible notification.
- To generate reports (attendance, sales, stock, ledger, etc.) for your organization.
- To send service notifications, reminders, and alerts.
- To provide customer support and improve the App.
3. Permissions We Request
We request only the permissions necessary for the App's core features:
- Camera: To capture selfie photographs during attendance check-in for identity verification by your organization's admin.
- Location (Foreground Only): To record GPS coordinates during attendance check-in/check-out and to enable real-time GPS tracking via a foreground service. Location is collected only when you actively use these features.
- Notifications: To display live tracking status, attendance reminders, checkout alerts, and holiday/birthday notifications.
- Bluetooth: To connect to thermal printers for printing invoices and receipts.
- Internet: To sync data with your organization's cloud server.
Important: We do NOT request or use background location access. All location collection happens only when the App is actively in use or via a visible foreground service notification during live tracking.
4. Data Sharing
- Organization Admins: Your attendance data (selfie, location, timestamps) and live tracking data are visible to authorized administrators of your organization.
- Technical Support: Our support team may access your data solely for troubleshooting purposes, with your consent.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
- Attendance and tracking data: Retained for up to 365 days.
- Billing and business data: Retained while your account is active.
- After paid plan expiry: Data retained for 30 days, then may be permanently deleted.
- After free trial expiry: Data retained for 15 days, then may be permanently deleted.
- Upon account deletion request: Data removed within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/SSL encryption.
- Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Access to servers and databases is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Each organization's data is stored in isolated, separate databases (multi-tenant architecture).

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for data collection (note: some features may become unavailable).
