Privacy Policy

MyQuickBill GST is a business application that provides GST Billing, Business Management, and Staff Management features. We (Web MP Soft Private Limited) operate the app and related server infrastructure.

This is a multi-client app: any company that purchases/uses our software uses the same app. Each client's data is stored and access-controlled separately so that one client cannot view another client's data.

A) Account & business data

• Organization/admin/user identifiers and account-related information
• Business records you input: invoices/bills, parties/customers/vendors, items/stock, ledgers, reports, etc.

B) Staff Attendance (Selfie + Time + Location)

• Selfie/photo for attendance verification
• Timestamps (check-in/check-out time)
• Precise location (GPS) at check-in/check-out

C) Live Tracking (Background Location)

• When Live Tracking is enabled, we may collect background location even when the app is not in active use
• Route / tracking history with timestamps

D) Technical/log data

• App version/device info, crash/error logs, IP/network info for security, support and troubleshooting

• To provide GST Billing and business management functionality
• Attendance verification (reduce proxy/fraud) using selfie + time + location
• Field staff monitoring and reporting using Live Tracking/route history
• Customer support, troubleshooting, security, and auditing
• Legal/regulatory compliance when applicable

We request device permissions only to provide specific features:

• Camera: to capture a selfie/photo for staff attendance verification
• Location (Foreground): to record attendance location and show tracking when the app is in use
• Location (Background): to support Live Tracking even when the app is in the background (when enabled)
• Notifications: to show tracking/service status and important updates

With your consent, staff attendance selfie + location and Live Tracking data may be uploaded to and stored on our servers so that the client organization can view reports and manage staff operations. Data is stored with tenant/client separation and access control to prevent cross-client access.

• Authorized client organization admins/managers (attendance/tracking reports)
• Our support/technical team (limited access when needed for troubleshooting)
• Service providers (hosting, messaging/notifications, maps — if used)
• Legal requests (court orders, regulatory requirements) when applicable

• Access controls and authentication
• Server security and monitoring
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL) for secure communication

Retention duration depends on client organization policy, contract, and operational needs. In general, we retain data while the account is active and as needed for reporting, support, auditing, or legal compliance.

• Request correction/update of your information
• Request deletion/account closure (some data may be retained where legally required)
• Control permissions via device settings

This app is intended for business/workplace use. We do not knowingly design the app to collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
